Getting in and seabed: Sandy bottom with a moderate slope; rocks are exposed at the northern end at low tide. In the dry season the water is calm — easy to go in with children.
Who it suits: A calm family beach: an unhurried pace, cafés by the shore, noticeably quieter than neighbouring Patong. Popular with long-stay visitors and families with children.
